Event: Ability to Create

We are excited to be participating in this local art exhibition. You are invited to attend the launch by the Lord Mayor, Alderman Sue Hickey of the upcoming exhibition entitled The Ability to Create, my strongest memory. The event is fully accessible and best of all, completely free! The launch will include live entertainment and keynote speakers.

Time:             Entertainment from 11.30am,with formalities commencing at 12 noon

Six groups will join together to showcase the diversity of work that artists of varying degrees of ability can achieve.  Exhibiting groups include our very own OAK Community and Oakdale Industries, as well as Southern Support School, Mosaic community arts initiative, Parkside Foundation, two arts groups based at Mathers House and two community artists.

Can’t make it on Friday? The exhibition will continue over the weekend.
